Top Note Kitten

One of my favorite Big Shot dies is Stampin' Up's exclusive Sizzix Top Note Bigz Die.  I'm loving all the cute little 'critters' you can make from this one die.  Many demonstrators have been designing lots of cute animals and 'people' from the Top Note and I'm having so much fun re-creating them.  Here's my own version of a kitten.

 

November Stamping Class Projects

My November stamping class projects are ready -- take a look at all the fun things we will be making.  The classes include a little tote & tags project, a stair-step card, a fancy-fold card, and a 6-pointed star, just to mention a few of the items.

Baby Bibs

Today I decided to take a little break from making holiday cards and make a few baby cards.  My mom needed a baby shower card for one of my nieces who is expecting and asked me if I'd make her one.  I was pleased with how the card turned out so I decided to make a few extra ones for my card rack.  Usually I make cards with current stamp sets but for these I decided to pull out two of my favorite retired baby sets.  I used the Teddy Bear from Soft & Sweet, and the verse is from Buggies & Booties.  The verse says "Babies are bits of startdust blown from the hand of God"  which is so fitting for a newborn.
