I had a great time on Saturday and Sunday at my scrapbooking classes. It was refreshing to work on spring scrapbook pages. My next Scrapbook Stamp Camp wlll be held on the 3rd weekend in May. We will be meeting on Saturday, May 15th, at 10:00 a.m. and on Sunday, May 16th, at 1:00 p.m. The class fee will be $15.00 and we will again be making two 2-page 12x12 scrapbook pages and one 3-D project. If you would like to attend one of the sessions, please RSVP at [email protected]
In the meantime, I'm getting ready to attend a Stampin' Up! meeting tomorrow evening at my Upline's house. Everyone is taking a 'shoebox swap' so I've been busy preparing mine. I'm using the Motorcycle stamp from the upcoming Summer Mini which will debut on May 1st. While I can't show you the actual stamp yet, I can show you the card I've designed for my swap. It also uses some of the new Island Oasis Designer Series Paper in the Summer Mini, along with a new Stampin' Up! Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I think this card would make a great masculine birthday card or Father's Day card.
