This week's featured stamper is a member of my side-line. Cindy G. joined Stampin' Up! shortly after I joined. We always start new swap groups in July and am lucky to have her as one of my swappers. For this swap Cindy used the Four Frames stamp set from the new Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog. She also used the beautiful Flower Garden textured embossing folder with the Big Shot.
