This ideas comes from a swap I received at the Stampin’ Up! Leadership Conference this year. Betty Kincannon, (Alaska) designed this cute party favor made from a napkin! You can use any dinner size napkin — just pick your theme (Valentine’s Day, birthday, wedding or baby shower, etc.). There’s no stamping—just a little punching!
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut 1 scallop from the Circle Scallop #2 Die Bigz Die (113469) . I used Pacific Point (111350) card stock for my color to coordinate with the napkin I wanted to use for the dress. With the Extra-Large Oval Punch (119859), punch out the sides and top to get the bodice for the dress. (Hint: I punched out 5 scallops for the sides and put the punch in the top so that it was centered.)
Fold napkin sides together to form a triangle. I used Glue Dots (103683) to hold the ends at the point together. Add a small piece of Sticky Strip (104294) to the bottom back of the bodice; add napkin, making sure NOT to glue down the point.
Tie a piece of 1/2” Old Olive Scallop Dots Ribbon (124139) around the bodice. Add a glue dot to adhere the point down over the ribbon.
From a scrap of the Pacific Point card stock, punch out a small circle using the 1/2” Circle Punch (119869). On this scrap adhere 5 small flowers using the flower from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309). For my flowers I used the Twitterpated Designer Series Paper (125406). Add a bow to the back — I used the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon which is available FREE during Sale-A-Bration with a qualifying order.
Adhere the corsage to the bodice of your dress.
For additional bling, add a Large Pearl Jewel from the Occasions Mini.
