This was a card I received at the Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference and had set aside because I loved the Zoo Review stamp set and loved the card even more. I wish I could remember who actually gave me the card so I could give her a shout-out. We made this card at my stamp camp this past weekend and it was a big hit! I love how it showcases two of the Stampin' Up! Textured Impressions Embossing Folders and lots of layering!
INSTRUCTIONS:
Fold a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” Very Vanilla (101650) card stock in half.
Emboss a piece of 5” x 3-3/4” More Mustard (100946) card stock with the Stripes (123128) Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Adhere it to a piece of 5-1/4” x 4” Riding Hood Red (111348) card stock. Adhere both pieces to the front of the card.
Stamp the giraffe from the Zoo Review (122197-wood, 122199-clear) stamp set on a piece of 2-1/4” x 3-3/4” Very Vanilla card stock in More Mustard (126964) Classic Ink. Round the top right corner of the piece with the 3/16” Corner Punch (119871) and adhere it to a piece of Basic Black (121045) card stock which also has the top right corner rounded. Set aside.
Emboss a piece of 2-1/4” x 3-3/4” Riding Hood Red card stock with the Perfect Polka Dots (117335) Impressions Embossing Folder. Set aside.
On a scrap piece of Very Vanilla card stock, stamp “happy birthday” from the Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370-wood, 127802-clear) stamp set. With the Curley Label Punch (119851), punch it out and adhere it so just the top shows on the embossed Riding Hood Red piece. Angle both the Riding Hood Red embossed piece and the giraffe piece onto the front of the card.
