Okay, you didn't think I would have a stamp camp without having a project using my favorite Frightening Feline stamp set, did you? I just had to cute this cute little kitty for a Halloween or maybe even an October birthday card! I this time I wanted to use the Howlstooth & Scaringbone Designer Series Paper from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Mini for a little pop of contrast.
INSTRUCTIONS
Fold a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” Very Vanilla (101650) card stock in half for your card. Your card will be landscape.
Emboss a 5-/4” x 3-1/2” piece of Tangerine Tango (111349) card stock with the new Chevron Folder (127750) Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Add a piece of 5-1/4” x 2” Basic Black (121045) card stock that has been cut with the scallop from the Adorning Accents Edgelits (125595). Adhere to front of card.
Cut a 4” x 2” piece of Howlstooth & Scaringbone (126906) Designer Series Paper and adhere to the embossed piece of card stock along the left side.
Stamp the cat from the Frightening Feline (128105) stamp set in the Holiday Mini. Layer cat onto Basic Black (121045) card stock. Add a piece of the designer paper to the bottom of the layered image. Now add a piece of 1/2” Basic Black (124145) Scallop Dots Ribbon to the top of the stamped image. I ended up stapling mine. Adhere stamped image to the card.
On a scrap of Very Vanilla card stock, stamp Happy Halloween from the Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370-wood, 127802-clear) stamp set. Punch out with the Modern Label Punch (119849) and adhere it to the bottom of the card.
