I believe this was the winning swap at our local Stampin' Up! Training Day recently and was designed by Gwenyth H. She used the cup and swirls from the Scentastional Season (121026-wood, 121190-clear) stamp set. She also used the Holiday Collection Framelits Dies (127814) which made cutting out the stamped images a breeze! Both can be found in the Holiday Mini.
