Another of my favorite stamp sets that will be retiring at the end of May is the Nature Walk stamp set. I love nature and this makes me so sad that this 7-piece set with sketch-like images will soon be gone! This set consists of many of the wonders of nature: an intriguing collection of delicate bird eggs; mesmerizing butterfly, bee, and bird specimens; and a marvelous piece of flora growing and blooming in a gentle meadow! You will not want to miss out on this set so visit My Online Store and click on the Shop Now button to purchase it at the preferred price.
INSTRUCTIONS
Fold a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” Very Vanilla (101650) card stock in half for card. Set aside.
Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper 5” x 3-3/4” and punch a hole in the bottom right corner using the 1-3/4” Circle Punch (119850).
Carefully lay this piece over a piece of 5-1/4” x 4” piece of Very Vanilla card stock and stamp the butterfly from the Nature Walk (121925-wood, 121997-clear) stamp set in the center of the circle using Island Indigo (126986) Classic Ink.
Add a piece of 3” x 3” Vellum behind the cut out circle of the designer paper. Add a piece of ribbon to the front of the designer paper. Now adhere the designer paper to the 5-1/4” x 4” piece of Very Vanilla card stock that has the stamped image on it. Adhere to the front of card using Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430).
Punch out piece of embossed card stock that coordinates with your Designer Series Paper using the Elegant Butterfly Punch (127526). Adhere to the front of the ribbon with a Stampin’ Dimensional. For a little extra bling, add a couple of Pearl Basic Jewels (119246).
Ink up the butterfly stamp again and stamp your Very Vanilla Medium Envelop (107300).
