Petite Pocket Gift Tag

We had so much fun yesterday at my montly Stamp Camp.  We bid farewell to lots of great stamp sets by making some cute cards and gift tags.  There were doorprizes and gifts for everyone who attended.  And the gals were sent home with the new 2013-14 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog  so the could begin making their wish lists!

This is the gift tag we made using the retiring Petite Pocket Bigz Die.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

With the Petite Pocket Bigz L Die (123131), cut out a Regal Rose (105130) pocket. 

 Stamp a 3-1/2” x 1-3/4” piece of Tea for Two (129311) Designer Series Paper with Papaya Collage (126610-wood, 126612-clear) stamp set and Stampin’ Write Markers.  Adhere to the front of the pocket. 

Stamp the happy Birthday wishes from the Petite Pairs ( 122495-wood, 122497-clear) stamp set on white card stock.  Cut out using the Modern Label Punch (119849).  Sponge the edges with Bashful Blue (126960) Classic Ink.  Adhere to the front of the pocket with Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430).  Set aside. 

For the tag  cut a 2” x 4” piece of  Natural White (102316) card stock.  Stamp this piece the to someone who makes others so happy! from the Petite Pairs stamp set.  Stamp the butterfly from the Papaya Collage stamp set next to the verse.  Add a Certainly Celery circle and Bakers Twine to the tag.

Make a paper flower using 3 flowers using the Boho Blossoms Punch (119858).  Crumple them up then put together using a brad.  Tie a ribbon around the pocket and adhere the paper flower.

A Last Farewell to Elements of Style

One of my favorite stamp sets is Elements of Style (118611-wood, 120045) but alas, we are going to have to say goodbye to it soon.  It is one of the stamp sets Stampin' Up! is retiring at the end of the month to make room for the new stamp sets.  I thought I would feature a swap Margo Richardson  made for the St. Louis Regional Conference using this set.

A little Tea Shoppe and French Foliage

This beautiful card was designed by Margaret Brunier for a recent swap.  She used the Tea Shoppe (125545-wood, 125547-clear) stamp set.  She also used French Foliage (120845-wood, 121166-clear) and the Mixed Bunch (125535-wood, 125537-clear) stamp sets on her card.  I am so sad that both the Tea Shoppe stamp set and the French Foliage set are retiring at the end of this month.  If you would like either set, then hurry to My Online Store and click on the Shop Now  button to order these today!

Best of Flowers Friend Card

Sneak Peek Delivery

 

I am so excited!  My UPS delivery person finally brought my new sneak peek products from the 2013-14 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog!  I can't wait to start playing with all the new items.  There are new colors, new Designer Series Papers, new stamps sets, embossing folders, punches, embellishments and more!  The new catalog is packed with so many new items -- this is just a little sampling.

Oh, Hello Card

  

What a pretty way to say hello to someone special!  This cute card was a swap designed by Julie Dilley.  Julie used the Oh, Hello (130730-wood, 130733-clear) stamp set from the Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog.  On the back of her swap Julie listed the items she used for this card.  I love when demonstrators do this because it makes it much easier than trying to guess what items and colors were used!
