Last weekend's stamp camps were so much fun -- we made some great projects. I would like to share one of these with you toay. This altered Altoid tin was probably my favorite and very easy to make. I actually made two extra for my grandchildren so their mommy could add a gift card inside each for Teacher's Appreciation Week.
Here are the instructions. If you would like to purchase any of the items used for this project, just visit my Stampin' Up! Online Store today!
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut two pieces of Designer Series Paper 3-3/8” x 2-1/8” and round corners. Adhere one piece inside of tin and one on top of tin.
2. Cut a Tea Lace Doily (129399) in half and fold over a little and adhere onto to top of tin to look like an oval.
3. Cut out two Gumball Green (126840) leaves using the Large Oval Punch (119855). For a little dimension, use a Stampin’ Sanding Block (129367) to rough up the leaves. Adhere leaves to the top of the doily.
4. Cut out 2 flowers at a time from a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" piece of cardstock (Real Red & Whisper White) using the Spiral Flower Originals Die (129379) and the Big Shot.
5. Carefully go around each flower individually with your Bone Folder to break up the paper fibers. For more flexibility, I spritzed each spiral then carefully rolled the flower tightly.
6. Using a hot glue gun, add glue at the base of each flower. Glue flowers to top of tin.
7. Adhere two small flowers using the Petite Petals Punch (133322) and Designer Series Paper. Add either Rhinestone Basic Jewels (119246) or Pearl Basic Jewels (119247).
Happy Stamping,
Karen
