Confetti Birthday Card

I had so much fun this weekend at my monthly Stamp Camps stamping with a great group of gals.  Here is one of the cards we made using Stampin' Up's  new Confetti Textured Impressions Embossing Folder from the Occasions Catalog and the sponging technique.  And for a little bling we added a little Wink of Stella on the balloons.

 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fold a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”  Whisper White card stock in half. 
2. Adhere a 5-1/4” x 4” piece of Pool Party card stock to the front of the card.
3. Emboss a 5” x 3-3/4” piece of Whisper White card stock with the Confetti Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Using a Stampin’ Sponge, sponge Wisteria Wonder, Pool Party and Blushing Bride ink onto the edges of the embossed card stock. 
4. Stamp “Happy Birthday” from the Happy Birthday Everyone hostess stamp set in Pool Party ink. Adhere to the front of the card.
5. Punch out 2 mini balloons using the Party Punch Pack. With the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush, add a little sparkle to the balloons.
