Christmas Lights Card

 

Yesterday I watched a short video by Linda Bauwin and loved how she used the Stampin Up! Leaf Punch to make a string of light bulbs.  I needed a few more cards so I thought I'd make a few Christmas lights cards.  This is a great way to use up those little bits of card stock scraps you've been saving!
