Tutorial: Sneakers Card

Today's tutorial is such a fun card using the free Epic Celebrations Stamp Set from the Sale-a-bration Brochure.  Everyone enjoyed making this card at my March Stamp Camp.  It also uses some colorful paper from the Tutti Frutti Designer Series  Paper Stack in the Occasions Catalog.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Score a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” Thick Whisper White card stock at 4-1/4” and set aside.
2. On a piece of 4” x 5-1/4” Lemon Lime card stock adhere a piece of 5-1/4” x 2” Tutti Frutti Designer Series Paper Stack to the left side.  Adhere to the front of the card.
3. Cut out 3 Whisper White squares usinig the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. Stamp the  sneakers from the Sale-a-bration Epic Celebrations Stamp Set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.  Using either Watercolor Pencils or Stampin’ Blends, color the images.
4. Adhere the stamped pieces onto a 2-1/4” x 2-1/4” piece of Basic Gray card stock. Adhere 2 of the stamped images to the top and  bottom of the left side of card; add Stampin Diminsionals to the 3rd stamped image and place in the middle, offsetting it slightly.
5. Add 3 Candy Dots to the bottom of the card.
6. Stamp “You’re AWESOME” in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink inside of card.
