Tutorial: Strawberry Pie Card

 

Today's Tutorial is a cute card using the Tutti Frutti Designer Series Paper Stack from the Occasions Catalog.  A strawberry pie has never been easier to make!  

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Score a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” Thick Whisper White card stock at 4-1/4”
2. Adhere a piece of 4” x 5-1/4” Early Espresso card stock to the front of the card.
3. Add a 1-1/2” x 4” strip of Tutti Frutti Designer Series Paper Stack to the bottom of a piece of 3-3/4” x 5” Whisper White card stock. Stamp “From the Heart” from the Petals Palette Stamp Set in Early Espresso ink on the bottom of the designer paper.
4. Cut out a Crumb Cake circle using the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies and emboss with the Basket Weave Dynamic Embossing Folder. With a Sponge Dauber, sponge around the edge.
5. Adhere the embossed circle to another Crumb Cake circle which was cut out using the Scallop #2 Die (retired) and add to the top of the Whisper White card stock. Tie a piece of Linen Thread around the card stock.  Adhere to the front of the card.
6. Cut out a few strawberries from the of Tutti Frutti Designer Series Paper Stack and using Stampin’ Dimensionals, add to the top of the “pie.”
