Tutorial: Barn Wood Christmas Tree Card

 

 

Today's Christmas card features the In the Woods Framelits Dies and the Winter Woods Stamp Set.  Both can be purchased no while supplies last as a bundle for a savings of 10% through my Stampin' Up! Online Store.  

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut a piece of Whisper White  card stock to measure 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”and score at 4-1/4” and set aside. 
2. Emboss a piece of 3-1/4” x 2-1/2” Gray Granite card stock with the Pinewood Plank Dynamic Embossing Folder.  Adhere to the front of the card.
3. Adhere a piece of 4-1/2” x 3” and a piece of 4” x 1-1/2” Festive Farmhouse Designer Series Paper to the front of the card.
4. Cut out a Whisper White oval using the Stitched Shapes Famelits Dies. Stamp the oval with the “Thinking of you this Season” from the Winter Woods Stamp Set.  Adhere oval to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. With the In the Woods Framelits Dies, cut out the 2-part Christmas tree in Mossy Meadow card stock. Adhere the Christmas tree together using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhere to the front of the card.
6. With the In the Woods Framelits Dies, cut out the leaves in Mossy Meadow card stock and adhere over the stamped oval.
7. With a small brush, add Champaign Mist Shimmer Paint to the tree
8. Add 3 Red Rhinestones under the leaves.
9. Stamp your holiday sentiment inside of card.
