Tutorial: Magnolia Raised Flower Card

Today's card again uses the beautiful Good Morning Magnolia Bundle along with the 3-D Tufted Dynamic Embossing Folder.  It also uses the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper.  This paper is absolutely beautiful and the biggest problem you will have using the paper will be which side to showcase!  

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut a piece of card stock Crumb Cake card stock to measure 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”and score at  4-1/4” for the card base.  This card will be landscape.
2. Emboss a piece of piece of 4” x 5-1/4” Whisper White card stock with the Tufted Dynamic Embossing Folder. 
3. Adhere a 1-1/2” x 5-1/4” piece of striped Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the embossed piece of card stock.
4. Tie a piece of 5/8” Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon around embossed piece and then adhere onto the front of the card base.
5. Cut a 2 large and 2 small Whisper White petals from the Magnolia Memory Dies. With a Dauber and Petal Pink ink, add a little ink onto the 2 smaller petals.  Using  Multipurpose Liquid Glue, adhere flower petals together.
6. Cut a 2 large and 2 small Petal Pink pistons from the Magnolia Memory Dies. Adhere to the flower.  Adhere flower to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
7. Cut a 2 large and 2 small Mossy Meadow leaves from the Magnolia Memory Dies. Adhere on either side of flower.
