A new item that was introduced in the Spring Mini Catalog are the Blending Brushes, which come in a set of three. I am so in love with these and the results you get from the velvety soft brush heads is amazing. At a recent stamping class we used one of the brushes along with the new stamp set Enjoy the Moment. This card is so stunning and it takes only minutes to make.
Instructions
- Score a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” thick Very Vanilla cardstock at 4-1/4” for your card base.
- Cut a 5-1/4” x 4” piece of Early Espresso cardstock and adhere to the front of the card.
- Cut a 5” x 3-3/4” piece of Very Vanilla cardstock. With a Blending Brush, add Crumb Cake Ink and gently going in circles, start off the cardstock and start adding color onto your cardstock, going around the outside edges. Add more color as needed.
- In Early Espresso Ink stamp the images from the Enjoy the Moment stamp set off to the right side of the Very Vanilla piece. Stamp the “a little note” in the upper left corner.
- Adhere the stamped Very Vanilla piece to the front of the card.
- Stamp an image in the front corner of the envelope.
