Tutorial: Easter Bunny Fun Fold Card

 

Today I wanted to show you a cute fun fold Easter card.  The card uses the Easter Friends Stamp Set.  I also used the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper which was free during Sale-a-bration, but any designer paper would work well and is a great way to use up scraps.

 Instructions: 

1. Cut a piece of 8-1/2” x 5-1/2” Evening Evergreen cardstock and score –2-1/8” and 4-1/4”.   Fold back and forth and burnish score lines with a Bone Folder.  This will be your card base.

2. Cut out two different designs from the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper (Sale-a-bration Brochure) that measure 5-1/4” x 1-15/16” and adhere to the small flaps.

3. Cut a 4” x 2-1/2” piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and stamp the bunny from the Easter Friends Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink.  With a Blender Pen, gently go over dark edges of the bunny pulling out some of the color.

4. Layer the stamped piece over a 4-1/4” x 2-3/4” piece of Evening Evergreen cardstock. Adhere this piece to the front flap being careful where you place the adhesive.

5. Cut a 4” x 5-1/4” piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and stamp “Happy Easter” with the stamp from the Easter Friends Stamp Set in Early Espresso Ink. Adhere to the inside of the card.
