Tutorial: Thank You Butterfly Card

Today I wanted to introduce you to the Amazing Silhouettes Stamp Set.  I wasn't sure at first whether I was going to like this set but I quickly changed my mind.  The color combinations you can put together for this card are endless!   For my card I used the color scheme of Highland Heather and Pool Party.  

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. This card uses Stampin’ Up! Note Cards & Envelopes — the note card is 5” x 3-1/2.

2. Cut out a 3-1/4” x 4-3/4” piece of Highland Heather cardstock and adhere to the front of the card.

3. With sponge daubers, ink up thee butterfly stamp from the Amazing Silhouettes Stamp Set with Highland Heather and Pool Party Ink and stamp a 3” x 4-1/4” piece of Basic White cardstock.

4. Stamp the bottom of the piece with the “Thank You” from the Heal Your Heart (Sale-a-bration 2021) in Highland Heather Ink.  Adhere the stamped piece to the front of the card.

5. Cut a 4” piece of White Frayed Ribbon and tie it with a piece of White Baker’s Twine. Adhere it to the bottom of the card using Tear & Tape Adhesive.

6. Add a gold butterfly to the front of the card from the Brushed Brass Butterflies Embellishments.
